Urban Theory Co. Exchange Policy
At Urban Theory Co., each piece is crafted in small, intentional batches, an earth-friendly approach that reduces waste while ensuring the highest quality. Because of our careful production, we do not offer traditional returns, but we do offer exchanges for items in perfect, unused condition. Our exchange policy applies to Urban Theory Co. branded items only.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item if:
• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• All tags or seals are intact
• The request and return are completed within 14 days of delivery
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Replacement items will be dispatched only after the originally purchased item has been returned and inspected. The item sent as an exchange replacement will be considered final sale and is not eligible for further exchange.
Exchanges must be of like kind and equal or lesser value. For example, a candle can only be exchanged for a candle, and a t-shirt for a t-shirt. Items of a different type or category (e.g., a candle for a t-shirt, or a t-shirt for a hoodie) cannot be exchanged for this kind of item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo(s).
Final Sale Items
Some items are non-exchangeable:
• Customized or personalized products
• Clearance or items labeled “Final Sale”
• Used, opened, or worn items
Partner brands, non-Urban Theory Co. items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly due to small-batch production. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel, once production starts, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Sale & Discount Policy
• Sale pricing is valid only during the promotional period
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
• One promo code per order
• Exchange values reflect the actual price paid
• Final Sale items are excluded from exchanges
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on items that later go on sale.
