We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If it’s not a perfect fit, here’s how we make returns easy:
What Can Be Returned
Urban Theory Co. Brand Policy
- Items must be unused, unopened, and with tags attached.
- Many Women's clothing items can be returned within 14-30 days.
- 5 Days from delivery to initiate return
- Buyer pays return shipping if free return is not available.
Brand Exceptions Return Policy
- Exceptions: Judy Blue, Risen, David Jones, Umgee, Fame, Culture Code, Adora, Double Take, Zenana.
- Items must be unused, unopened, with tags attached.
- 7 Days to initiate return, 7 Days to ship return items
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the mistake is ours.
What Can't Be Returned
- Customized items, lingerie, intimates, personal care, skincare products and tools, hair products, and swimwear cannot be returned.
- Used items, missing tags
- Eligible for return items that are returned after the return window closes.
- Items from brands not listed in our return policy are final sale. Since we work with many small, independent brands, their policies may vary to help them keep their businesses running strong.

When Refunds Are Made
· Our mistake? Wrong item, color, or personalized errors? Let us know within 72 hours of delivery and we’ll fix it.
- Buyer error? Wrong selection, spelling mistakes, or incorrect shipping addresses? Sorry, we can’t refund these.
Cancellations
- Need to cancel an order? Contact us ASAP. We can’t promise it every time, but we’ll do our best to help.
Other Details
- Shipping fees aren’t refundable unless the error is ours.
- All other return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
IMPORTANT: Urban Theory Co. partners with many small brands. Multi-brand returns may incur multiple return shipping and restocking fees. This is out of our control and set by each vendor. Please contact us before placing an order with questions.
Urban Theory Co. Product Discount & Sale Policy
General Sale Policy
At Urban Theory Co., we curate unique pieces from a variety of small and independent brands. Because of this, availability, pricing, and sale terms may vary by product and brand partner. All sale prices are final at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders.
Final Sale Items
Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
This includes—but is not limited to—special promotions, seasonal markdowns, limited editions, and items noted as non-returnable in the product description.
Discounts & Coupons
We love offering our customers special discounts and promo codes. Here’s how they work:

Discounts, coupons, and promotional codes are valid only during the stated promotional period.

Discounts will apply to items of equal or lesser value unless otherwise specified.

Only one discount or coupon may be used per order—discounts cannot be stacked or combined.

Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, taxes, or shipping fees.

If a product purchased with a discount, coupon, or promotion is returned, the discount will be revoked, and any refund issued will reflect a prorated amount based on the adjusted order total.

If returning part of a discounted bundle or “Buy One, Get One” promotion, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the full price of items kept.
Brand-Specific Restrictions
We proudly feature many independent brands, each with their own return and exchange policies.
Any brand not specifically listed under our Return Policy is considered Final Sale and non-returnable.

Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on items that later go on sale. Sale pricing applies only to purchases made during the promotional period.
Sale Duration & Exclusions
Sales are valid only during the posted promotional dates and times. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, applied to gift cards, or used on previous purchases.
Select brands or items may be excluded from sales based on vendor agreements.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery at style@urbantheoryco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.
