ORDERS MAY ARRIVE IN SEPERATE PACKAGES
Free Standard Shipping applies to orders of $75 or more in the Continental US only.
$75 total at checkout after discounts are applied.
Fulfillment & Shipping Times
- Standard Order Fulfillment: 1-5 Business Days (Does not include shipping time)
- Standard Shipping: 4-6 Business Days
- Expedited Shipping: Reach out if needed before placing an order
**Orders may arrive in separate packages**
“Business Days” do not include weekends or holidays.
The Fulfillment & Shipping times noted above are approximate and may vary seasonally or due to circumstances beyond our control. However, we always do our best to meet or exceed these estimates.
Once a package is dropped off with a shipping carrier the package is out of our control. Urban Theory Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged in transit packages. You must purchase ShipTection InsureShip package insurance added in cart at checkout to protect your package. We are not able to purchase this insurance for you. We offer you the opportunity to add ShipTection InsureShip package insurance at checkout to your purchase in order to protect your packages if Damaged, Lost or Stolen.
What do I do if my insured package is Damaged, Lost or Stolen?
Here's what we need from you if your ShipTection InsureShip insured package is Damaged in transit, Lost or Stolen.

Damaged
- Brief statement about what happened
- Photos of the damaged item
- Shipping box w/packaging material used inside (do not discard packaging)
- Invoice
Lost
- Brief statement about what happened
- Carrier tracking number
- Invoice
Stolen
- Brief statement about what happened
- Invoice
Please note that for lost and stolen packages, you may be asked to wait 20 days before filing a claim. Thank you for your cooperation.
